Welcome to MotionCoach. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MotionCoach ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MotionCoach is a sports coaching app that allows users to record or import videos, compare movements side-by-side, and visualize body pose analysis for athletic improvement.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account using email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• MotionCoach offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription with full access.
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Google Play Store settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of all videos and content you create or import into the App.
• Videos are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
• You are solely responsible for the content you process through the App.
• You agree not to use the App to process content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks.
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and features, is owned by MotionCoach and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MotionCoach does not guarantee that pose analysis or movement feedback is medically or professionally accurate. The App is intended for general athletic coaching purposes only and should not replace professional medical or coaching advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotionCoach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury from following movement suggestions.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
